Messaging & Data Rates. The Closet Lab does not charge for SMS messaging; however, message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Standard messaging rates determined by your mobile carrier may be incurred. If you are unsure about these charges, we recommend checking with your mobile carrier before opting in. The Closet Lab is not responsible for any fees incurred from receiving SMS messages.

Duty to Notify & Indemnify. By providing your mobile number, you confirm that you are the authorized user of that number and responsible for any associated charges.

• Duty to Notify: If your mobile number changes, is deactivated, or reassigned, you agree to notify The Closet Lab immediately to prevent messages from being sent to an unintended recipient. You can update your contact information by reaching out to our Customer Support at (786) 952-7272.

Failure to update your mobile number may result in unintended recipients receiving messages meant for you, which could lead to potential violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

• Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Closet Lab, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages—including legal fees—arising from:

• Your failure to update your mobile number
• Any unauthorized use of our SMS service
• Any claims brought under the TCPA or other applicable regulations due to messages being sent to a reassigned or incorrect number that you failed to update

We take TCPA compliance seriously and encourage you to notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information to avoid unintended messaging errors.

Supported Carriers. Our SMS messaging service is supported by most major mobile carriers. However, message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s availability and coverage. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Security. We value your privacy and handle your personal information with care. Your mobile number will never be shared, sold, or used for purposes beyond what is outlined in this policy. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms. The Closet Lab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our SMS services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
